Exploration and capture

Our fleet sail in search of the best fishing grounds to offer our customers high quality products. Equipped with the latest technology, the factory ships are ready tocapture, process and store tons of product. In this first phase of freezing ensures that the seafood retains all its freshness.

On land processing

Once ashore, the product is transported quickly to collection points locatedstrategically. There is handled with the utmost care and preparation is completed.Once treated, fish and shellfish are moved to the headquarters of Iceberg in Silla(Valencia).

Manipulated in the central plant Iceberg

Under strict quality controls at any time without breaking the cold chain is donehandling the fish in our central facility. Everything is ready for rapid distribution.

Distribution

Our fleet of refrigerated trucks ensures that the product is within a few hours at anypoint in Spain. It's our way of making sure we got to your table with frozen seafoodquality comparable to the recently captured.

Octopus

With up to 3 meters long and 12 kg in weight, this cephalopod is one of the most consumed species in the world due to its great taste and ease of preparation. The chefs agree that the taste of octopus depends largely on its origin. So in Iceberg seek the best parts, after harvesting, cleaning it, frozen and packaged.
